Legacy Ambassador Login Reset: How to reactivate your account!Updated 7 months ago
Welcome to Stella & Dot's new website!
If you are a legacy Ambassador visiting the new stelladot.com or ever.com websites for the first time, you will need to reactivate your account on both websites. Two separate websites with separate customer accounts.
When you log in and place personal orders on stelladot.com, you will only see orders placed through this store in your account settings. You will not have visibility to EVER orders in your Stella & Dot customer account.
To reactivate your account with Stella & Dot:
- GO TO https://www.stelladot.com/account/
- Click REACTIVATE ACCOUNT
- Enter your customer account email from our former site
- Check your email and click the link for account confirmation
- Enter Password (feel free to use the same password as your previous password or create a new one)
Once your account is reactivated, you can now log in to the Affiliate dashboard.
- From the Stella & Dot home page go to Rewards, and then click on Brand Ambassador Program
- Click Sign Up Today (but don't worry, if you're a legacy Ambassador you will not need to re-apply, you just need to log in)
- Click on Log In in the top right corner of the application page
- Type in your email/password and click Log In
- Update your profile details, and start sharing your affiliate link!

- Go directly to stelladot.affiliates.com to log in after your customer account has been reactivated
- Update your profile details, and start sharing your affiliate link!
