Legacy Customer Login Reset: How to reactivate your account!Updated 7 months ago

Welcome to Stella & Dot's new website!

If you are a legacy customer visiting the new stelladot.com or ever.com websites for the first time, you will need to reactivate your account on both websites. Two separate websites with separate customer accounts. 

When you log in and shop on stelladot.com, you will only see orders placed through this store in your account settings. You will not have visibility to EVER orders in your Stella & Dot customer account. 

To reactivate your account with Stella & Dot: 

  1. GO TO https://www.stelladot.com/account/
  2. Click REACTIVATE ACCOUNT
  3. Enter your customer account email from our former site
  4. Check your email and click the link for account confirmation 
  5. Enter Password (feel free to use the same password as your previous password or create a new one)
  6. Now you're ready to shop and earn rewards points! 

Be sure to check your junk mail for the reactivation link. 

Reset your password. The page looks similar, but it is a password reset page you are being directed to.
