How can I ensure I receive credit for a customer order as an ambassador?Updated 2 months ago

To ensure that you receive credit for customer orders through our brand ambassador program, it's essential that customers shop using your referral link or enter your ambassador code at checkout. Additionally, customers can add your name in the specific 'Shopping with Ambassador?' box in their cart, or make a purchase via a shared cart you've sent to them.

It's important that your name is visible to customers at the top of the website all the way through the checkout page on any device they are shopping on. Our system assigns orders to the ambassador whose name is present during the shopping session, but we cannot control customer shopping behavior, such as when they veer off pages, open new tabs, clear their cookies, or use different devices.

Please take note, we are unable to edit commissions or assign orders beyond 21 days of order placement. If there is an issue with an order not being credited to you, reach out promptly, and our delight team will be glad to assist you further. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns!
