Stella 8 Dot Commission Payouts via ShopMy

Payouts occur weekly, every Friday, and are usually
visible in your account within a few days. You must have
at least $11 in locked earnings to receive a payout.
Payments are made via Stripe or PayPal. You can track
your payment history under the "My Earnings" tab in the
Payments section.

Pending vs. Locked Transactions

When a purchase is made, the commission enters a
"pending" state until the retailer's return window closes,
The transaction is verified, and the retailer sends payment
to ShopMy. This process typically takes 21 days, for Stella
& Dot. Once the commission is received, the transaction
status updates to "locked" and is included in the next
payout.

How long is the cookie window on ShopMy?

30 days.  This means you will be automatically credited with a sale for any
customer who has clicked on your link within the last 30 days. However, if a
customer clicks on a different ambassador link, the most recent link used
will be credited.  Remind your customers to shop using your links! If your
customer does not use your link, but does input your personal discount
code, it will also register as a sale!

CAN I STILL RECEIVE STORE CREDIT AS COMMISSION?

Unfortunately, no.  We are not able to offer the 2x product credit instead of commission on the new Shopmy platform. However, there will be opportunities to enjoy the Pick6 discount and campaign gifting opportunities. Any store credits already earned will remain valid and can
be used in 2026.

CAN I EARN COMMISSION FROM OTHER BRANDS ON SHOPMY?

Yes!  You will also be able to link products from other brands offering
commissions to your pages to maximize earnings.  E.G., perhaps
you have a holiday looks collection or social post where you also
highlight shoes, a sweater, purse and your Stella & Dot jewels and allow
your customers to shop the entire look!

WILL I GET CREDIT FOR AMBASSADOR LINKED SALES IN JANUARY 2026?

As soon as you sign up for Shopmy you can begin earning
credits from shoppable links.  However, if a customer uses your
ambassador code at checkout, the traditional commission will
be super-seeded and the Shopmy commission will not apply.
This will be the case through the end of January.

When will be the last payouts through GoAff?

We will continue to issue payments for any sales earned
through January 31st.  The final payout will be on February
18th, 2026.

HOW LONG will my current discount code be valid for?

GOAFF pro discount codes will expire at the end of January.
Your new Shopmy Discount Codes will be issued at the end
of January and will be active starting on February 1st.

Do I create new links via ShopMy? Will my existing referral links still work?

Your current referral links will no longer function to provide
sales credit as of 2/1. You will need to create new links within
the Shopmy platform to be credited for those sales.

All current ambassadors can participate regardless of location. Sales
from any location that Stelladot.com services will be eligible to earn
commission.

Will S&D continue to have the ambassador buzz and Facebook channel?

Yes! The Brand will continue communications via email, via the
ambassador buzz and via the private Facebook group. The platform is
changing, but communications will still come.

If I am already on ShopMy, do I need to sign up with the new link?

No! If you are already registered, you just need to start creating Stella &
Dot links and you will automatically receive the commissions and sales
bonuses as well as personal discount codes starting in February!
