We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and offer a 365-day warranty period for our products. However, we do not provide a repair service. If you discover that your purchase contains a damaged or defective item within 365 days of purchase, and the item is still available in stock, we will send a replacement free of charge. For items purchased beyond the warranty period or for custom-made pieces that we no longer carry, we regretfully cannot offer repairs or replacements. We suggest consulting a local craftsman who may be able to assist with jewelry repairs.
