Stella & Dot takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces and we want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your Stella & Dot purchases. If, for whatever reason, your Stella & Dot piece is damaged or breaks during normal wear due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair it or provide a product of equal value if we are unable to repair it. After 120 days, there is a $10 per item replacement fee plus $5.95 for shipping and handling.  Please note this policy applies to the US only.  International customers will be handled on a case by case basis due to the varied cost of shipping, customs, duties and taxes.  Lost items or items damaged beyond normal wear and tear are not covered under our replacement policies. Please contact [email protected] for more information.
