Stella & Dot takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces and we want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your Stella & Dot purchases. If, for whatever reason, your Stella & Dot piece is damaged or breaks during normal wear due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair it or provide a product of equal value if we are unable to repair it. After 120 days, there is a $10 per item replacement fee plus $5.95 for shipping and handling. Lost items or items damaged beyond normal wear and tear are not covered under our replacement policies. Please contact [email protected] for more information.
